Please note:

• Please allow 2 working days for us to process your order – some specially ordered medicines might take a little longer.
• We will send you a text or WhatsApp message when your order is ready to collect from your chosen branch. Please wait to receive this before coming to collect.
• Storage space is limited – please collect your order within 7 days of receipt of your collection message.
• If your pet has not been seen by a vet within the last 6 months or they require a 3-month meds check, we will ask you to book an appointment before medication can be dispensed or a written prescription provided.
