Hi, I am Rebecca, and I joined the Larkmead nursing team in January 2026. I enjoy horse riding, walking, and swimming, I have a pony called Neiva and a cat called Frank.
I have recently moved into the area with my fiancé, together we enjoy camping mainly in the UK and sometimes overseas, always visiting new places.
Hi, I’m Katie I’ve been a vet nurse as long as I can remember! I joined Larkmead in 2025.
I love collecting the waifs and strays and currently have 2 rescue dogs, a hand reared cat and a 3-legged cat!
I have my own small pottery business via a cabin in my garden, and also love baking cakes and sourdough bread, reading, dog walks and photography in the countryside.
I like looking after wildlife in practice and I hope to do some more charity trips abroad to further help out animals in need.
My name is Poppy, I’ve been in the veterinary industry for over ten years now, which all began right here at Larkmead! After a few years working for another veterinary practice, I returned to Larkmead in 2024 to run nurse clinics at the Great Western Park branch. I love supporting clients and their animals, particularly helping nervous dogs work through their worries in a calm and patient environment. I recently completed an Animal Behaviour certificate, graduating in January 2026.
Outside of work, I love the theatre, amateur dramatics, writing poetry and you will always find me reading a good book. I have three animals at home – Bonsai, a rescue mutt, Cosmo, a rescue Labrador and Neville, a rescue cat.
Hello I am Kate – I first joined Larkmead as a Student Veterinary Nurse and completed my first and second year training with Larkmead as part of degree at Bristol University. I then completed my final placement with another local veterinary practice and then worked as a locum Registered Veterinary Nurse across various veterinary practices across Oxfordshire. This then brought me back to Larkmead to cover a nurse and I never left again – so all in all, I’ve been here about 25 years!
I am now a Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse and manage the nurse clinics we offer at Larkmead. We love helping you and your pet with all sorts of problems so please don’t hesitate to ask if there’s something we can support you with.
