Hello, I’m Sam and I am the Front of House Supervisor, overseeing our fabulous front of house teams, including; reception, admin, Lifetime Care Club and insurance.

I joined Larkmead as a receptionist in 2020, moving to the Lifetime Care Club administrator role in 2022, becoming team lead for the admin team in 2024 and now overseeing our front of house teams as a whole.

I absolutely love working with all the teams at Larkmead, we all have the same aim of providing excellent customer care, both clinical and non-clinical.

My days are extremely varied, covering a broad range of customer needs and ensuring our front of house teams are there and able to help meet those needs.

At home I have my beautiful dog Josie, she’s 11 now, although I’m convinced she believes she’s still a pup!! She’s a cross between a cockerpoo and collie, which we affectionately term ‘cocker-pollie’, full of energy and a chatter box!
