Hi, I’m Jess, I joined Larkmead in 2019 as part of the Front of House team. My job as Lifetime Care Club administrator is to ensure the smooth running of Larkmead’s Lifetime Care Club. I deal with all things related to the LCC but one of my main responsibilities is communicating with clients regarding their membership and answering any questions they may have.

I have a great knowledge of the Lifetime Care Club and the savings it offers, when dealing with queries I will always discuss with the client to ensure their pet is on the appropriate plan for their individual needs, so that the client is able to maximise on the savings on offer.

At home I have two dogs, Molly and Penny, and two cats, Earl and Minstrel, all of which are members of Larkmead’s Lifetime Care Club! I also have a tortoise, Buster, and royal python, Charlie.

In my spare time I enjoy baking and in particular decorating celebration cakes. I have been decorating cakes since my teens and have gotten better over the years to the point where I have been trusted to make wedding cakes for 4 weddings and too many birthday cakes to count
