My name is Max Wood, and I am a Partner and a Large Animal Vet. I graduated from the University of Nottingham, School of Veterinary Medicine and Science in 2012, and joined Larkmead in 2015.

I love that no two days are the same in our profession, the variation is my favourite part of the job!

Outside of work, I am a former rugby player and now compete in triathlons and have my dog Nessie who helps me with the cows at home.
