Farm Animal Accounts

Larkmead Veterinary Group provides a monthly account service for all of our farm clients. The accounts department is located at our main premises at Cholsey and our farm animal accounts manager is Kirsty Povey.
There is no additional fee for this service, but settlement is expected before the last day of the month following.
Larkmead have to charge VAT at 17.5% on all services and (nearly all) of the medicines that we supply. Our VAT registration number is 199 2662 13 |

Delivery and Advice notes All medicines collected from the surgery are accompanied by a computer generated delivery note. This will match the invoice in every detail, except that no prices are shown on delivery notes.
Visits to the farm, and medicines supplied from the vet's car, should always be accompanied by an advice note, handwritten by the vet at the time. As vets are often in hurry and do not like paperwork, you may have to ask for this. Again, the advice note is not an invoice, but the reference number on the advice note will also be shown on the invoice you receive at the end of the month.
Invoices and Statements Invoices and statements for the calendar month are posted within the first 2 weeks of the following month. Settlement may be made by cheque, or by BACS transfer.
