Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our growing Front of House team. You must be a car driver to work across all of our five branches in South Oxfordshire and possess excellent customer services skills. This role is for 30 hours per week on the afternoon shift, working between 1200 and 1900 Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 shifts on the weekend rota (Saturday or Sunday).

HR Co-ordinator

We are looking for a professional HR Co-ordinator to join our team to fulfil all adminsitrative aspects of the HR function across Larkmead Veterinary Group. This role is a minimum of 30 hours per week (or could be full-time) who will have existing experience and HR knowledge (preferrably CIPD qualified or equivalent). 

Main Responsibilties include:

  • Ensure delivery of all recruitment activities
  • Manage employee data on the HR database
  • First point of contact for HR queries
  • Consult with HR Advisory Service as required
  • Review and update Larkmead HR Policies and procedures
  • Assist with projects and provide administrative support as needed

Accounts Administrator

We are looking for a part-time administrator to join the Accounts Team at Larkmead. This role is based at our Cholsey practice for a minimum of 30 hours per week, up to full time. You will be part of a small team providing the accounts function to our business so must be reliable, honest, efficient and polite with a willingness to learn and to help across all aspects of the accounts function.

Administrator - Large Animal Team

Larkmead Vets are recruiting for an experienced and dynamic administrator to join their Large Animal Office team. This is a full-time post which would suit someone with a strong administration background, preferably in a customer facing  role. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to provide this essential support role to our veterinary team and clients.

Veterinary Surgeon One Year Graduate Programme

Larkmead Vets are seeking a new qualified Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly team. This could mixed or 100% Small Animal depending on the candidates preference.

Based in South Oxfordshire with good links to the M40 and the M4, we have 5 small animal practices and 2 large animal, providing an excellent 24 hour service to our clients.

We are independent and have full hospital facilities allowing career development in a wide range of disciplines with funded CPD and full support given. Shared accommodation may be available.
